When should I expect to receive my artwork?
Orders usually dispatch from Germany within 5–10 working days. Within the Eurozone you should allow 5–7 working days for delivery from date of shipment. Please allow 14–21 days for deliveries outside the Eurozone. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and offer you a similar artwork or a full refund. 

How are the artworks packaged?
Prints ship in heavy-duty square tubes (104x13x13cm). Where possible, unique artworks ship rolled, otherwise packed flat.

Can I request a tracking order?  
Yes. All orders ship from Berlin Germany via DHL with corresponding tracking number. 

Will I be charged import duties on my order?
Orders outside of the Eurozone might incur import duties and/or tax in which case payment is the responsibility of the buyer. 

How do you calculate Postage and Packaging?
P&P is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and will (logically) vary depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. 

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all limited-edition prints carry a certificate of authenticity and are signed and numbered by the artist. 

Which currency do you accept?
Payment is in euros. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which will be assumed by the buyer.

Does the price include VAT?
All the prices are inclusive of 19% German VAT. VAT is not charged on orders placed outside of the EU, however the price will remain as indicated.

If I am not happy with my purchase may I return it?
Yes. We will make a full refund for artworks that are returned in their original condition within 28 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return (registered) postage.

Where can I receive information of new releases, exhibitions, etc.?
Please subscribe to our mailing list on the homepage. Naturally we will not share your contact details with any third parties.

How true are the colours of the onscreen previews?
The colours of the original artworks might differ slightly different from those onscreen. The quality of silkscreen is impossible to capture digitally.

How does copyright of an image work?
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with the artist (Patrick Thomas). You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Patrick Thomas Studio.
